Dashboard: Listing & Filtering Your Returns

The Returns Dashboard's Listing Page

At the top of the page, you have 3 stats we are always tracking for you: Requests to Approve; Returns to Inspect (confirm reception); Returns to Resolve (restock/refund/exchange).
The idea is to get each to 0!

Below is the index table where all of your returns are listed, with the most recent at the top.
Returns that have only been requested are shown in bold.

For each return we show 5 coloms: its return number (created by the app), its order number, the customer name, its status (created by us) and the date it was requested.

What the status represent is the step of the process the return is on.
If your customer has just sent their request and nothing else has been done, the return will be marked as Requested.

If you approve a request, ie you give your customer the green light to initiate their return, it'll be marked as Approved. If not, it'll be marked as Declined.

From Approved, if you decide to mark your items as received or not, it'll be marked as Inspected. (In parallel, we are making note of which items were received and which weren't).

Finally, from inspected, you land on the Resolution page, where you perform any or all of Restocks, Refunds, Exchanges.
Once you are done, you mark your return as Resolved.

Finally, you can also filter the table by status: click any of the status-named tab at the top of the table and the table will only show you returns at that stage of the return process.

What happens if you click on one of the returns listed?
You will land on one of the Returns Dashboard's Pages.
